Clients can perform most transactions independently in the SberBank Online mobile application, which operates 24/7.
Sber congratulates customers on the upcoming holidays – Spring and Labor Day and Victory Day – and informs about the operating hours of its branches from April 27 to May 13, 2024.
- On April 27 (Saturday) the bank’s offices will operate as Fridays, that is, as on regular weekdays.
- On April 28 (Sunday) offices will be open, the schedule of which includes work on Sunday.
- April 29 – May 1 (Monday-Wednesday) non-working days. Only duty offices will be open. Their list can be found in the SberBank Online mobile application in the “On the map” section and on the bank’s website in the “Branches and ATMs” section.
- May 2, 3 (Thursday, Friday) standard working days.
- May 4 (Saturday) – offices whose schedule includes work on Saturday will be open
- On May 5 (Sunday) offices will be open, the schedule of which includes work on Sunday.
- May 6-8 (Monday-Wednesday) standard working days.
- May 9-10 (Thursday-Friday) non-working days. Only duty offices will be open.
- May 11 (Saturday) – offices whose schedule includes work on Saturday will be open
- On May 12 (Sunday) offices will be open, the schedule of which includes work on Sunday.
- May 13 (Monday) is a standard working day.
During the period from April 28 – May 1 and May 9 – 12, servicing corporate clients will not be provided at the bank’s offices, with the exception of operations for registering a business and opening an account. Payments on loans to legal entities falling on April 28 – May 1, as well as on May 9 – 12, will be written off on the first business day. Loan payments due on May 2 and 3, as well as on May 6–8, will be written off as usual.
Payments on personal loans on April 28 – May 1 and May 9 – 12 will be written off as usual. According to the terms of the loan, the payment can be made up to and including the first working day without delay if the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday.
The extension of deposits whose terms expire on weekends and holidays will be postponed: from April 28 to April 29, from May 1 to May 2, from May 5 to May 6, from May 9 to May 10, May 12 to on May 13th.
If clients decide to use the money after the end of the deposit period, they will be able to do this without restrictions on any day in SberBank Online or at a bank branch in accordance with the work schedule.
ATMs in branch self-service areas will operate as normal from April 27 to May 13. Clients can perform most transactions independently in the SberBank Online mobile application, which operates 24/7.
