On the eve of the “Spring and Labor” holiday, the labor dynasties of the region are honored in Tula. Those who have won professional skills competitions, achieved high results, or are just mastering in-demand professions. In total, 5 labor dynasties of the city were celebrated at the ceremony. These are workers in the transport industry, healthcare, metallurgy, mechanical engineering and the military-industrial complex.
So Nina Baeva represents the Baev-Korenkov-Komarovsky dynasty, 3 generations of whom work in the Tula KBP. The total length of service of the dynasty is 276 years.
Now KBP, which is part of the holding company for high-precision complexes of the Rostec State Corporation, employs more than 10 thousand people. Several dozen of them are representatives of labor dynasties. And the most famous were the dynasties of outstanding gunsmiths – the Tokarevs, Berezins and Gryazevs.
The Tula regional branch of Soyuzmash of Russia supports representatives of labor dynasties. They are encouraged not only with awards, but also with vouchers to sanatoriums. The company’s employees themselves admit that they pass on their work experience from generation to generation.
