The “School Friend” project was launched in the Tver region, aimed at preparing schoolchildren in difficult life situations for state certification and the Unified State Exam.

More than 100 high school students in the city of Tver are beginning intensive preparation for passing the GIA, and from September this year the program will cover the entire Tver region, including students in grades 8-11.

Participants in the “School Friend” project can receive free preparation for the OGE, GIA and Unified State Exams, take part in online classes with experienced tutors, training courses, lectures and master classes in various subjects, and will also receive moral and psychological support, the press reports. service of the Government of the Tver region.

The project covers all the basic subjects necessary to successfully pass exams, such as mathematics, Russian, history, biology, physics and others. In addition to the online learning format, face-to-face classes are being considered at the Russia – My History youth center. Together with the public benefit fund “Vector for the Future”, a corps of tutors is being formed from students of higher educational institutions in the Upper Volga region to train schoolchildren.

In February we held a motivational festival “You can do it, period!” Its participants, more than 15 thousand people, underwent various trainings to prepare for the exam. Now is a new stage: taking the exams directly. I am confident that all schoolchildren will pass it easily and with high scores,” noted Stefan Pakhomov, Chairman of the Vector for the Future Foundation.
