Today at 13:00 local time the largest patriotic event “Victory Dictation” started. More than 1,000 sites are registered in the region, where everyone can test and expand their knowledge of history, and, if they win, receive preferences for admission to any university in our country.

Schools, organizations of additional, higher and secondary specialized education and cultural institutions have registered as venues for the landmark event.

This year, new locations have been added to the geography of the Dictation, such as the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the Museum of the History of the Special Military Operation, where veterans of the special military operation will take an active part.

It is also possible to write a Dictation in an online format on the website dictantpobeda.rf.

“For the sixth year in a row, this large-scale historical Dictation gathers millions of participants throughout Russia, uniting people in an effort to preserve and pass on to future generations the memory of the Great Patriotic War and the heroic achievements of our ancestors. I express my deep gratitude to the team of the Saratov State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company for the second year in a row organizing a platform for writing the “Victory Dictation” and to the student union of the Razumovsky Medical University for their traditional attention to this patriotic action. “Victory Dictation” is an opportunity to touch history, to feel the connection of times imprinted in the destinies of millions of Soviet soldiers and home front workers. Our historical memory is what makes us a single people, strong and indestructible. And that is why it is so important that the participants in the “Victory Dictation” include representatives of all generations – from schoolchildren to veterans,” commented Yulia Litnevskaya.
