The Zvezda Charitable Foundation from Irkutsk and the Moscow Vympel Foundation donated drones to the Northern Military District zone

The regional charitable foundation “Zvezda” from Irkutsk and the Moscow charitable foundation “Vympel” purchased equipment for fighters in the Northern Military District zone for 120 million rubles. These are unmanned aerial vehicles for reconnaissance and cargo delivery, quadcopters for combat operations and equipment for technical support of UAVs for various applications.

All equipment was transferred to units of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Federation, where military personnel from the Irkutsk region also serve. The commanders of the 104th Airborne Division and the personnel of the UAV platoons of the Airborne Forces units operating these aircraft thanked the representatives of the funds for the parcel.
