Rostov region, April 26, 2024. DON24.RU. In Rostov, on the days of Easter and Radonitsa, the work of cemeteries will be extended for several hours – from 07:00 to 20:00. The head of the city administration, Alexey Logvinenko, announced this in his Telegram channel.
According to the city manager, this will help avoid traffic congestion.
In 2024, Easter will take place on May 5th. Radonitsa falls on May 14th.
He also said that on the eve of memorable dates, mowing of weeds and removal of fallen emergency trees began on the territory of cemeteries.
“Last year, thanks to budget funding, container sites were equipped on the territory of cemeteries. In May of this year, 117 containers for waste collection will be installed,” wrote the head of the city administration.
