In the Kalininsky district of Novosibirsk, after an inspection by the prosecutor’s office, a dump of household and construction waste was liquidated. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
The reason for the inspection was the publication of the AST-54 black telegram channel that the owner of a shopping pavilion on Rassvetnaya Street in the Snegiri microdistrict liquidated the facility, removed the metal, and decided to leave the garbage to local residents.
Employees of the Kalinin Prosecutor’s Office visited the site of the spontaneous landfill and, based on the results of the visit, submitted a proposal to the director of the Kalininsky municipal municipality to eliminate violations of environmental protection legislation with a requirement to immediately take measures to eliminate the unauthorized landfill.
In this case, the company is ordered to assign the costs incurred to the guilty person, that is, the owner of the former pavilion. In addition, he faces a fine for leaving garbage in the neighborhood.
“As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor’s office, the landfill was liquidated and the violations were eliminated,” the press service of the prosecutor’s office said.
Earlier, BFM-Novosibirsk wrote that a court near Novosibirsk ordered officials to provide an apartment to a large family.
