New Holland is returning as a platform for cultural events: the Summer Theater will open there on May 25. Jazz and classical concerts, theater performances, and performances will be held in the courtyard of the Bottle building during the warm season.
Summer events will take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Among the participants announced were “Brusnikin’s Workshop” and “Uppsala Circus”, projects of the Praktika and Invisible Theater theaters, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and Sound Up, the Context festival. Diana Vishneva, residents of the FancyMusic and Ored Recordings labels, as well as other performers and cultural institutions.
The architect of the Summer Theater itself, Lyuba Leontyeva, was inspired by street cabaret theaters of the mid-twentieth century when creating it. There is a canopy roof, stands and a buffet. To enter the events you will need tickets; they will be sold in advance on the website.
