“Voronezh Stroy Complex” of the Voronov brothers took a “fat” contract for the reconstruction of VPS-9 for 750 million rubles

ABIREG.RU – “Voronezh construction complex” of brothers Igor and Alexey Voronov will undertake turnkey work as part of the reconstruction of VPS-9. “Abireg” was told about this in the company itself. The organization was the only participant. The contract price is 753.9 million rubles. However, including VAT, the final amount is 895.6 million rubles.

The contractor will have to dismantle the old station, provide power supply, install CCTV cameras, etc. In addition, the system of fines for the future contractor has attracted attention. For example, if an employee forgot to put on personal protective equipment, labor safety requirements were violated (for example, no one insures when a person is standing on a ladder or an employee is standing on the top step of a stepladder) or a team of less than three people – a fine of 50 thousand rubles. If the violation is repeated, the amount will be doubled, or the employee will no longer be allowed to enter the territory. Smoking in the wrong place, by the way, will be punishable by a fine of 5 thousand rubles.

It is interesting that Voronezh Stroy Complex is not the first to take on a major contract. Thus, the company is engaged in the construction of three stages of VPS-21 for a total amount of more than 3.2 billion rubles, networks for the Yaman Spa Resort near Voronezh for 8 billion rubles, and the building of the Opera and Ballet Theater for 555 million rubles.

Let us note that last summer the water utility was already looking for a company to perform the same work for 696.6 million rubles, but the purchase was canceled due to price changes. Then “Abireg” at RVC-Voronezh was told that they were re-preparing the documentation for finding a contractor. “The reconstruction is planned for 2024 as part of the implementation of the water utility’s investment program,” the company emphasized.

The RVK-Voronezh company, under a concession, has been managing the entire water and sewer system of the city since 2012. The concession agreement is for 49 years. It was previously reported that RVC-Voronezh is ready to invest 12.87 billion rubles in the Left Bank wastewater treatment plant.

TSP Voronezh Stroy Complex LLC was registered in 2000. Authorized capital – 10 thousand rubles. The general director of the company and the owner of 50% shares is Alexey Voronov. The remaining 50% belongs to Igor Voronov. Revenue for 2023 amounted to 2.7 billion, net profit – 65.6 million rubles.
