Something incredible is happening in Arkhangelsk: Ganuschenko, who just left the city administration, has been appointed head of the Lomonosov district.

Let us remind you that the previous head of the district, Vera Ponomareva (that person!), became the head of the Onega district.
The city administration, announcing the appointment of Ganuschenko, says: “The new head is 44 years old, he has an education in the field of construction and management.”
Lo and behold. And not a word about the fact that for his activities as head of the housing and communal services department, Ganuschenko received a “NON-UD” even from obedient deputies.
This experienced manager ruled the housing and public utilities sector, but even with a quick glance at the state of Arkhangelsk, the reasons for the outcome of the “outstanding” figure are clear. The city is in the ass.
Probably, the head of Arkhangelsk Morev listened to the opinion of the deputies and took a marked card from the deck of “outstanding managers” and transferred it to another deck.
Still, there remains, probably, at least half a percent probability that Morev was mistaken. But it can’t be like that…
