An Irkutsk resident committed a series of thefts in Sevastopol totaling 1.5 million rubles

Today, April 26, a scheduled extended meeting of the Union “Regional Association of Employers “Sevastopol Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs” (SROR SSPP) was held, at which issues of the city’s agro-industrial complex were discussed.

As State Duma deputy Tatyana Lobach, who was present at the meeting, said, a lot of work is being done to support agricultural producers.

“We see that 80% of compensation is provided for newly planted vineyards. New grape plantings are taking place throughout Sevastopol. But there are problems. Now we are at the stage of developing the General Plan, where the whole of Sevastopol remains an urban area – a city of federal significance. And people are interested in whether this support measure will remain,” said Tatyana Lobach.

Also, the deputy noted, there are problems with providing housing for workers in rural areas of Sevastopol.

“There is a state comprehensive program for the development of agricultural areas in terms of providing housing for specialists. And, if it is necessary to make changes to it in terms of the characteristics of Sevastopol, then we must point out this aspect,” said Tatyana Lobach and stated that she was “taking the resolution of the meeting to work.”

The resolution of the meeting of the Presidium of the SROR SSPP on the issue “On the results of the work of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the city of Sevastopol for 2023 and tasks for 2024” contains such recommendations as “together with the department of agriculture and consumer market of Sevastopol, continue work on the construction of housing in the rural area of ​​the city” , “to simplify the mechanism for writing off depreciated fixed assets of both movable and immovable property in accordance with Resolution No. 619 of the Government of the city of Sevastopol” and “to continue working with the department of architecture and urban planning together with the heads of agro-industrial enterprises to ensure the allocation of land plots for the construction of housing and dormitories.”

Also, industrialists and entrepreneurs of Sevastopol drew the attention of the city governor to the need to annually consider the issue of implementing the State Rural Development Program, especially for the construction of housing, dormitories, gasification, water supply, sewerage and energy supply to the population.
