Communal wars with numerous accusations and changes in management companies have been ongoing in Chelyabinsk for several years. Some stories have already turned into criminal cases. One of them was started at the request of residents of building No. 70a on Molodogvardeytsev Street. An investigation is being conducted into the fact of forgery of the minutes of the general meeting of residents.

The document states that at the end of December, the residents of the building, through in-person and absentee voting, decided to change the management company “Eilika” to LLC “DEZ Kalininsky district” More than 60% of the owners allegedly voted for this.

According to the chairman of the house council, Tatyana Peteran, no meeting was held regarding the change of the management company, and the signatures under the protocol were forged.

Residents had to go to the State Housing Inspectorate and write statements declaring the document invalid. As a result, the transition to another management company was stopped.

Residents of several other houses faced the same situation.

These are houses No. 70 on Molodogvardeytsev Street, No. 57 on Voroshilov, No. 95 on Brothers Kashirinykh, No. 293 on Pobedy Avenue and No. 17b on Kaslinskaya. In all cases, the protocols were sent to the State Housing Inspectorate by LLC “DEZ Kalininsky district” and LLC “My House Ural”. Residents stated that these companies are affiliated. Not all residents were able to stop the change of management company. One house had to be returned through the courts.

The next day, a resident of the house, who was listed in the document as the secretary of the meeting, contacted the inspectorate. The woman said that there was no voting and she did not sign the protocol. Despite this, the State Housing Inspectorate decided to give the house to DEZ.

The court found that the signatures of the secretary of the meeting in the application submitted to the State Property Committee and in the minutes differ significantly. As a result, the decision to change the management company was declared invalid. Now “Eilika“is trying to reclaim another house – No. 293 on Pobeda Avenue.

Outraged residents wrote complaints to the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Investigative Committee, the governor and the prosecutor’s office. As a result of the complaints, several criminal cases were opened in police departments.

The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs promised to give a 31tv.ru correspondent a comment on the progress of the production later. Forgery of documents is punishable by restriction of freedom, forced labor, arrest or imprisonment for up to two years.
