The developer has already established himself in other cities, and last fall he entered the capital with the Metronome quarter. But more about the company later. Quarter “Edition”

On Perovskoe Highway, on the site of the former Stankoagregat plant, on an area of ​​almost 2 hectares, today the foundation of a block with monumental architecture is being laid in full swing. Its name refers to the history of the location: in the immediate vicinity of the construction site in Soviet times there was an all-Union wholesale bookstore. Once upon a time, hundreds of thousands of printed publications passed through it every day. And for Brusnika, as can be seen from other projects, it is important to preserve the identity and spirit of the neighborhood.

Let us turn directly to the content and infrastructure of the quarter. Five towers of different heights form a single harmonious ensemble, inspired by the architecture of Zurich: simple geometry, expressiveness, combining lightness and brutality, as well as laconic forms.

The project’s courtyard will resemble a multi-tiered garden created using the patchwork technique, each part of which will have its own style. The highlight of the complex will be the area of ​​landscaping – more than 70% of the yard area will be occupied by plants selected according to the flowering calendar.

There are terraces on the first and last floors. They are also located in the center of the building. Lingonberry has long positioned itself as an ambassador for summer spaces, believing that these spaces significantly expand the possibilities of future residents. Here you can really implement a lot of scenarios.

Underground designer parking will solve the problem with car storage. On the ground floors of the buildings there will be a children’s club, a cafe and restaurant, a supermarket and a neighborhood center.

On the stylobate uniting the buildings of the quarter there will be walking green terraces with private patios, all-season communal garden, recreation areas and children’s corner. And in the open area there are cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, medical and sports centers, dentistry, a neighborhood community and a children’s entertainment complex.

A bonus is a natural complex with a pond open to citizens, which Brusnika will create next to the Publishing House. This is a great place for walks with children, romantic dates, jogging and just relaxing time. A network of boulevards and bicycle paths will connect the accents of the project – a landscaped park, an entrance square, and fountains.

Construction of the first phase will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Quarter “MONS”
In the Butyrsky district in the North-East, Brusnika is building a residential area with well-thought-out infrastructure and an individual approach to landscaping. The decoding of the abbreviation is close to every resident of the capital – “Moscow Windows Unquenchable Light”. The convenient location near important attractions makes the complex almost unique. Nearby are VDNH and Ostankino, a metro station and two parks, Timiryazevsky Forest and the Botanical Garden.

Construction of the quarter will take place in several stages. On the first it is planned to build four high-rise buildings and a shopping center.

Several features of the new project.

● The residential quarter consists of 10 bright buildings of different heights – from 2 to 45 floors – monumental and at the same time light. With large windows and many summer rooms. In every detail one can feel the laconicism of space and form, as well as the service and quality of construction.

● On the first floors of the stylobate there will be furnished lobbies, designer parking, commercial premises, and in the area around the houses there will be dry fountains, art objects, and places for recreation.

There is also a yoga and fitness area by the water, a co-working space, a children’s playground with a sandbox, a lounge area and a relaxation area with sun loungers.

On the first, middle and top floors there are one- and two-level apartments, some of them with terraces.

A well-developed infrastructure is one of the key differences between Brusniki projects. You won’t have to go far to use the services of a fitness club, visit a supermarket or cafe. Nearby there is an educational complex (kindergarten and primary school), a city square with a stadium and a playground, office, business and shopping centers.
