Carriers in Nizhny Novgorod will be fined for issuing passengers tickets of an unknown type from so-called “reels” (rolls). This was reported by the press service of the regional government with reference to the head of the department of taxation of personal income and administration of insurance premiums of the Federal Tax Service for the Nizhny Novgorod region, Dmitry Dvoryaninov.
Controllers regularly record violations when drivers issue tickets from most private carriers in Nizhny Novgorod.
“For such violations, a fine for officials is from one-fourth to one-second of the amount of the settlement made without the use of cash register equipment, but not less than 10 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from three-quarters to one-half of the amount of the settlement made without the use of cash register equipment, but not less than 30 thousand rubles,” Dvoryaninov explained.
Director of Citycard LLC Yuri Ryabikov emphasized that carriers have no reason to sell tickets from “reels.”
“All portable validators for drivers and conductors are programmed to pay for travel in cash. For this, they have an operator’s service card, with which you can issue a cash receipt for any type of fare payment,” Ryabikov said.
Let us remind you that the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, said that the fare will increase after improving the quality of public transport.
