The general director of a Kaliningrad dental clinic is suspected of embezzling a million rubles. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The 48-year-old man worked as a dentist from May 2017 to May 2023 and did not deposit the money he received from clients into the cash desk of the clinic he headed. He spent the funds on “his own needs.”
A case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Appropriation, that is, theft of someone else’s property, committed on an especially large scale”). “After being exposed, the attacker promised to voluntarily compensate for the damage he caused,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
