In Tula, a traffic jam formed at the beginning of the Shchekinskoe highway due to road repairs, reports a correspondent of the Tula News Service.

Let us remind you that in Tula, asphalt repairs have begun on Shchekinskoye Highway to the intersection with Orlovskoye Highway, starting from Lenin Avenue. According to eyewitnesses, the traffic jam stretched to the Zelenstroy microdistrict.

Currently, traffic jams in the city are rated 7 out of 10. The weather adds additional difficulty to the traditional Friday evening traffic jams – it is now raining heavily outside the window.

Transport is most severe in the area of ​​the center – on Sovetskaya, Mosina, Demonstratsii streets, as well as Lenin Avenue and Krasnoarmeysky Avenue. There is also the Eastern Bypass, Dmitry Ulyanov Street, Kaluzhskoe Highway, highways M-2 and 70K-246 near the village of Maslovo and Doctor Gumilevskaya Street.
