A regional platform for the scientific and practical conference “Intelligent Digital Economy and Industry 5.0” opened in Pskov

The work of the “Regional Digital Ecosystems and Technologies” platform has started at Pskov State University as part of the conference “Intelligent Digital Economy and Industry 5.0: Problems and Prospects.” PAI was informed about this by the press service of the university.

The organizer of the event was Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (Higher School of Engineering and Economics, Institute of Industrial Management and Economics, UNESCO Department, Research Laboratory “Politechinvest”) together with a number of universities, scientific and public organizations – the official organizers of the conference. The conference is being held with the participation of partners – the Center for Cluster Development and the Association of Industrial Enterprises of St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg regional public organization “Free Economic Society of Russia”, the International Union of Economists.

The participants of the event were specialists from scientific institutions, employees of enterprises, research institutes, teachers and researchers of universities, students, graduate students and young scientists of universities, teachers and students of secondary vocational education institutions.

The work of the regional platform at Pskov State University took place in two subsections – “Digital technologies of the financial environment” and “Regional security management in the context of digital transformation”, during which experts discussed the role of innovative technologies in transport and logistics systems, the use of digital solutions in the development of logistics and customs infrastructure of the EAEU countries, digital transformation of the financial market and other issues.

Let us add that the purpose of the conference is to analyze the current state of the economy, taking into account external global challenges in the new reality, including such as political and economic sanctions, carbon neutrality, studying the problems of forming an intelligent digital economy, digital transformation of industries, etc.
