“The facade is in poor condition, the entrance is in poor condition. The steps are already damaged. Unfortunately, this is a violation of the rules of landscaping, so we are issuing you a notice.”

The next visit showed: near the café building on Barashev Street, 1 operational violation was evident. Renovation and improvement of the facade is required. The premises are located in the center and are popular among Lipsk residents: in addition to the cafe, more than 15 companies are located here. The owner has about a month to eliminate all defects. Visitors are also interested in this.

“I often have to come to this cafe. And because the porch was not landscaped, I almost broke my heel today. That’s why I want it to be improved,” says Maria Anikina.

“There are uneven spots, there are all sorts of dents. And I, frankly, worry about the safety of my child. The child may fall and get injured,” notes Yulia Maslova.

And this is the building of a thermal substation on Frunze Street. Unknown artists have clearly overdone their art work. Now the owner, Rosseti, will have to remove the inscriptions. The amount of work is small: just apply paint to the facade. And also clean up the area. Nearby, also on Frunze, the owner of a store worked proactively. Just yesterday there was construction debris here. Now it’s clean and tidy.

Usually, in order to eliminate the violation, the owner is given an order for a month. But it all depends on the amount of work that needs to be done and the season.

“Currently, the priority is, of course, the appearance of buildings. These are facades. They need to be brought into proper condition. Entrance groups, steps. All this needs to be repaired in the summer. That is, if in the winter we do not issue orders for such violations, then now is the time,” Tatyana Inyutina, deputy chairman of the territory development department of the Lipetsk administration, told Lipetsk Time.

Since the beginning of the year, the Territory Development Department has conducted almost 2,000 on-site surveys. Inspectors come out to check every day. Each one has its own territory. The current “debtors” still have time to put their facilities in order. Otherwise, they face a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles.
