Fountains have begun to be turned on in Ryazan, the press service of the city administration reported.
It is noted that the fountain on Teatralnaya Square was the first to start operating. The next one will be a fountain on Lybedsky Boulevard.
In total, nine fountains will operate in the city, including two new ones – in the park of the Ryazan Kremlin and in the Trade Town.
Before switching on, technical work was carried out on all fountains. The fountains will operate depending on weather conditions. Technical shutdowns will be carried out once or twice a month.
