An Oryol resident who killed a bus passenger has been charged. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Oryol region.
According to investigators, the man got on the bus drunk and began demanding to be transported for free for several stops, and then he and the driver had a conflict. One of the passengers intervened in the quarrel, after which the drunk man struck the man in the neck area with considerable force with a tourist knife, from which he died.
The prosecutor approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 44-year-old man who is accused of murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case was sent to the Zavodskoy District Court of the city of Orel.
Let us remind you that in the area of the bus station, a young man died from a stab wound. Eyewitnesses at the crime scene reported on social networks that the deceased was 26 years old and left behind two children.
