Regional competition announcedBecome the author of the symbol of the Night of Geography – 2024 in the Orenburg region” The organizer of the competition is the Orenburg regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society.

The goal of the competition is to develop a regional logo for the Russian Geographical Society event “Night of Geography – 2024” and to develop the creative abilities of young people. Logos and applications for participation are accepted until May 20 inclusive by email of the Orenburg regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society: reg56rgo.ru.

The winners will receive memorable prizes – souvenirs with the symbols of the Russian Geographical Society. Each participant has the right to present no more than three options for the symbol (emblem) of the promotion.

Let us note that last year the International Competition “Become the author of the symbol of the Night of Geography – 2023” The winner of the competition was Aislu Salmukhametova, an activist of the Youth Club of the Russian Geographical Society “Orenburg Region”, a student of the Department of Geography and Regional Studies of the Institute of Earth Sciences of OSU. Her work adorned posters, banners and souvenirs of the Russian Geographical Society.
