An observation deck has appeared in Kaliningrad, offering views of the Fishing Village. A new space with benches and wooden flooring was installed at the intersection of Bagration and Oktyabrskaya streets, reports a Klops correspondent.

The pedestrian alley begins behind the House of the Superintendent of the High Bridge and leads towards Lenprospekt. They plan to organize lighting on site in the near future. Among the shortcomings are the crumbling steps that lead to the new public space.

The arrangement was carried out as part of a city project called “Tour Code”. Another similar zone is currently being built on Epronovskaya.

The tourist code is the organization in the city of interesting and attractive spaces for tourists, united by a unified navigation system, signage, and architectural lighting. In Kaliningrad, it also covers the territory of the Fish Village and neighboring streets.

On Leninsky Prospekt, after reconstruction, another square is almost ready – near the House of Arts.
