In the Alekseevsky district of Moscow, the construction of the Stalnoy sports and recreation center continues, said the head of the capital’s construction department, Rafik Zagrutdinov.
According to him, today the sports and recreation center is about a quarter completed. “Steel” is being built as part of the “Sport of Moscow” program. The builders have already completed monolithic work in the underground part of the buildings and have begun rough finishing inside the building.
The new fitness center will have swimming pools for adults and children, a general physical training room, a buffet, and a dry heat chamber, which helps to recover after serious physical exertion. The complex will also house medical, technical and administrative premises.
The surrounding area will be landscaped and equipped with parking for 25 cars. More than 1.7 thousand people per day will be able to visit the sports and recreation center every day.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced extensive housing construction in the northeast of Moscow. Thus, two kindergartens will be built in the district.
