Saint Petersburg. The Skala company signed an agreement worth 59.4 million rubles with the State Unitary Enterprise Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg for the implementation of projects to modernize boiler houses in the Krasnogvardeisky district of the city.

The work to be performed on Granitnaya Street, 12A, and Metallistov Avenue, 60A, includes replacing floors and ceilings, finishing work, updating fences, as well as redevelopment to ensure fire safety and the construction of emergency exits. The projects are scheduled to be completed by September 30, 2024.

The initial tender amount was 96.5 million rubles. Tesla LLC from Omsk offered its services for 89.9 million rubles, but Skala won, offering a price of 54 million rubles, which is 44.04% lower than the initial bid. As a result, the contract was concluded for the amount of 59.4 million rubles.

Skala LLC was created in December 2005 in St. Petersburg. The company is partially owned by the public organization “Union of Disabled Persons and Veterans of Afghanistan and Chechnya “Soviet Union” of St. Petersburg.” For 2023, the company’s total revenue amounted to 88.1 million rubles, with a net profit of 2.9 million rubles. “Skala” has 72 contracts totaling 72 million rubles, providing a net profit of 161.3 million rubles, Delta.News reports.
