Since the beginning of the year, 597 violators have been brought to administrative responsibility for trading and providing services outside the places established by state authorities of the Ryazan region and local governments of the Ryazan region.
As reported on the website of the Ryazan administration, the total amount of fines imposed was 1,247,400 rubles.
In accordance with the Law of the Ryazan Region “On Administrative Offences”:
– organization of trade and provision of services outside the places established by state authorities of the Ryazan region and local government bodies of the Ryazan region entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 3,000 to 5,000 rubles; for officials – from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles; for legal entities – from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
– trade and provision of services outside the places established by state authorities of the Ryazan region and local government bodies of the Ryazan region entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 1,000 to 3,000 rubles; for officials – from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles; for legal entities – from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
The administration of the city of Ryazan draws attention to the fact that buying food products in places of unauthorized trade can be dangerous for one’s own health, since the persons selling the products do not have health certificates, and the products themselves do not pass quality checks.
It is worth remembering that with any purchase it is necessary to evaluate the appearance of the product and storage conditions, and if in doubt, ask the seller for accompanying documents.
