The expert telegram channel “PUL Telegram” published a rating of members of the lower house of parliament in terms of efficiency based on the results of April this year.
The research methodology is based on the synergy of expert assessments and the use of artificial intelligence elements. The main evaluation criteria are: deputy activity, communication with the audience, feedback, activity on social networks.
Only those whose monthly KPI exceeded 50% are included in the final top. We also note that the State Duma speaker and his deputies, as well as faction leaders, are excluded from the rating, since, according to experts, they have an undeniable advantage.
