Construction of a new road has begun in the north-west of Chelyabinsk, reports the correspondent of the Access News Agency.

The new canvas will appear on Kharis Yusupov Street from building 62 to Sculptor Golovnitsky Street.

“It will be a two-lane road with sidewalks and modern lighting. A storm drain will be installed along the entire length. Now the contractor is engaged in laying out the route and developing a pit,” the city administration commented.

The work is being carried out within the framework of the national project “Safe Quality Roads”. Their completion date is August 2025.
