--

The All-Russian school for training leaders of student service teams is taking place in Sevastopol from April 26 to 28. 70 representatives of 20 regions of Russia, including new ones, gathered to undergo training, reports the Sevastopol government portal.

The school’s program includes business games, lectures, trainings, master classes, exchange of experience, planning the activities of regional and local headquarters of student service teams until 2025, forming a professional development trajectory for school participants in the country’s hospitality industry.

“Student service teams are one of the new, but very popular trends among working youth not only in Sevastopol, but throughout Russia. Nowadays, the domestic tourism sector is actively developing in the country. And we understand that despite the infrastructural conditions, the most important thing in the hotel business is the people involved in their business, who know how to achieve world-class standards and are working on it,” said Marina Slonchenko, head of the youth affairs department.

The school’s speakers are specialized experts in the field of service and hospitality: Ksenia Ponomarenko – grand finalist of the third season of the “Masters of Hospitality” competition, Evgenia Sapegina – specialist in modern etiquette, founder and director of an etiquette school for children in Sevastopol.

Also, managers will improve their competencies in the field of personal positioning: project manager of the strategic partnership department of VK Pavel Rudnev and media technologist, head of the department for working with social networks of the Sevastopol TV and Radio Company Daria Kotrova will speak for the participants.
