At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol chaired by the governor Mikhail Razvozhaev a draft resolution was considered to provide financial support to industrial enterprises – to reimburse part of the costs associated with the purchase of new equipment.
The implementation of the support measure is carried out within the framework of the regional project “Systemic measures for the development of industry in the city of Sevastopol” of the state program of the city “Development of industry in the city of Sevastopol”.
“In 2024, as part of the competitive selection of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the city of Sevastopol received a subsidy from the federal budget, which provides for the reimbursement of part of the costs to industrial enterprises for the purchase of new equipment, which will increase production volumes, increase labor productivity, and find new sales markets, which, in turn, turn, will influence the growth of the economy of the city of Sevastopol”,” said the director of the economic development department Denis Profatilov.
The total amount of funds provided is 28.3 million rubles.
Subsidization is subject to costs incurred by a subject of industrial activity (legal entity) no earlier than January 1 of the year preceding the year of concluding the agreement on the provision of a subsidy.
The subsidy amount does not simultaneously exceed:
– 50% of actually incurred and documented costs by an industrial enterprise in the base or current financial year, excluding value added tax;
– 6 million rubles provided to one subsidy recipient.
The results of the subsidy are:
– increase in the full accounting value of fixed assets;
– growth in the volume of investments in fixed capital;
– growth in the volume of shipped goods of own production, work and services performed in-house.
Applications for state support will be accepted electronically on the special GIIS portal “Electronic Budget”. The start of accepting applications is scheduled for June 2024.
A similar support measure was already in effect in Sevastopol, but money was allocated to entrepreneurs only from the regional budget.
It was possible to obtain federal funding thanks to winning a competition of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, noted the director of the economic development department Denis Profatilov. It is not yet known how many enterprises will receive the subsidy. But, according to Deputy Governor Maria Litovko, there are no restrictions on their number, applications for funds from entrepreneurs are already being received.
