Dear consumers! In cases of scheduled repair work, commissioning of new power lines or new power grid equipment, employees of the branch of Rosseti Center PJSC – Smolenskenergo temporarily suspend power supply in order to avoid emergencies and minimize risks.

Based on the capital repair plan, Smolenskenergo creates a monthly schedule of planned outages, indicating facilities and timing. At the same time, the branch’s specialists try to carry out the maximum possible amount of work at the site without interrupting the power supply to consumers, and carry out work related to the shutdown in the shortest possible time, during a period when the inconvenience associated with the power supply interruption is minimal.

Taking care of its customers, the branch makes every effort to make information about planned outages as accessible and understandable as possible. Any resident with Internet access can view it on electronic resources – on the corporate website of Rosseti Center mrsk-1.ru (on the main page of the site you need to click on the “Disconnection Information” tab or follow the link https://www. mrsk-1.ru/customers/services/transmission/disconnection).

Those who do not have this opportunity will find out about outages by calling the single federal telephone number “Power Workers Hotline “Bright Line 220” 8-800-220-0-220, where contact center specialists will tell you whether the lack of electricity is in home due to a planned outage, or due to any emergency situation, they will clarify the timing of switching on and the reason for the blackout.

In 2022, Rosseti Center PJSC launched the “Subscription to notifications about power outages” service for consumers of the company’s branches. You can subscribe on the official Rosseti Center PJSC www.mrsk-1.ru by following the link to the subscription page through the corresponding banner located on the start page. Subscribing to these notifications will allow you to receive information about power outages and the timing of restoration of power supply as soon as possible.

During planned or emergency outages, power engineers advise consumers to turn off all electrical appliances from the network to prevent damage from power surges when power is restored. All lights except one inside and one outside should be turned off so that both you and the power company will know when power will be restored.
