The “Family Observes Traffic Rules” campaign was held in the Volgograd region

Holidays with family and friends are always a great pleasure. Many of us go on trips using our own transport. To prevent unpleasant incidents from happening on the road, employees of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate and doctors of the Kalachevsky district carried out a preventive event “The family complies with traffic rules.”

The long journey to a long-awaited vacation is a time to enjoy communication with each other and the views of your native region. Unfortunately, the fatigue of the driver, who must constantly monitor the situation on the road during a long trip, often becomes the cause of accidents, including fatal ones. Doctors and employees of the state traffic inspectorate of the region gave recommendations on organizing a safe family vacation. Drivers received doctor’s advice depending on their health condition. Doctors gave specific examples of what negligence and arrogance of motorists lead to, and how important it is to pay due attention to your health in order to save the lives of yourself and those around you.

– If suddenly something happens along the way, you feel bad, stop immediately, drive for a short time with breaks, stops, and episodes of rest. During the action, state traffic inspectors reminded drivers of strict compliance with traffic rules, of the need to plan their route in advance in order to spend the dark time of the day in a hotel, in a guarded parking lot or at a traffic police post.

Drivers were given leaflets with recommendations to follow during a long trip and rules for transporting children, and little passengers were given colorful coloring books with traffic rules.
