TNS energo Voronezh hosted Young Specialist Day. 16 employees under the age of 35 communicated with colleagues, including the company’s top management, in an informal atmosphere.
Managing Director of TNS Energo Voronezh Sergey Gres expressed gratitude to those present for their work, noted their enthusiasm and desire for professional growth, and also emphasized the importance of young talent for the long-term sustainability of the company and ensuring development in the energy industry.
“We are convinced that young specialists are the driving force behind the development of our company, and we will be happy to support them in every step on the path to success,” commented Sergey Gres.
In their addresses, the deputy general directors focused on the company’s work: key projects, the importance of team spirit and professional development in the industry, and shared their experience and vision for development.
In addition, young professionals took part in a thematic quiz, where they demonstrated their knowledge about the company, its history, goals and values.
