How to calculate the penalty?
The formula for penalties for debts for major repairs is prescribed in Part 14.1 of Article 155 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. The penalty begins to accrue from the 31st day of delay and then accrues every day until the actual day of payment. The starting point is the day of the month by which the contribution to the FKR must be made (indicated on the receipt). And from the 31st day after it, the penalty counter starts.
