A 52-year-old resident of the Polovinsky District became a defendant in a criminal case of theft, reports the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kurgan Region. After the death of her roommate, she stole almost one hundred thousand rubles from his credit card and left for a neighboring region.

Trans-Ural police went on a business trip and detained the attacker. She confessed to the crime.

She now faces up to six years in prison. So far, she has been released on her own recognizance and proper behavior.
