Large families in St. Petersburg will have the opportunity to purchase discounted train tickets from April 27 to October 31. In this case, you will only need to pay 10 percent of the cost of the trip. As reported by the press service of the North-West Trade Union, such tickets can be issued at suburban ticket offices.
To receive the benefit, you must present identification documents of the recipient and take with you a certificate of a large family. Children are allowed to provide an electronic BSC with a photo instead of a birth certificate or passport.
If you have a BSC, you can get a ticket through a self-service terminal. You can issue a ticket either on the day of your trip or in advance – 1-10 days in advance.
Earlier, the St. Petersburg Diary reported that during his visit to St. Petersburg, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the increase in the number of large families in our city. Read more here.
