The janitor who saved people from the burning house No. 39 on Podolskaya Street in St. Petersburg may be awarded. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Alexey Tsivilev told 78.ru about this, and he took this case into his work to draw up a corresponding appeal.

The janitor, whom they want to reward, saved several people from a burning apartment in house No. 39 on Podolskaya Street in the Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg.

The fire started on the second floor, but then the flames spread to the third. Soon the fire was assigned the rank of 1-BIS. 10 people were evacuated from the house, but people remained in the burning apartment. Emergency Situations Ministry employees began to extend ladders to the windows, but then a man in overalls appeared out of nowhere. He climbed up a drainpipe to the third floor and helped people get out of the burning apartment. After an hour and a half, the fire was extinguished.

– I generally love stories like this. A month ago, a man released from prison for murder robbed a woman. If I’m not mistaken, she was expecting a child, but the stranger took the bag and ran away. And there a passer-by, accordingly, knocked him down. He threw his purse, and then the police detained him,” the parliamentarian clarified.

According to the deputy of the Legislative Assembly, everyone who participated in the arrest of this man was awarded.

Let us remember that the incident occurred in March. A 68-year-old passerby noticed and detained the robber. He fired several times in the direction of the man and fled the scene. Fortunately, the attacker left the bag near the “victim”.
