The Irkutsk company “Enerpred” for the production of hydraulic equipment became the 70th participant in the national project “Labor Productivity”. The enterprise is the largest in Russia in its industry. The press service of the regional government reported this on April 27, 2024.
Work to improve production will begin with the turning and milling department. As a result of training the enterprise team in lean production techniques, it is planned to reduce losses and increase output. After the completion of the active phase of the national project, the company’s specialists will independently distribute the tools and mechanics of lean production to other stages, so that ultimately optimization will affect each production site.
– Previously, the company successfully modernized a number of production sites with the help of financial support from the state – a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund. The company also considers non-financial support in the form of production optimization with the help of the Labor Productivity national project to be an effective way to develop businesssaid the first deputy chairman of the government of the Irkutsk region Ruslan Sitnikov.
The main objective of the national project is to ensure an increase in labor productivity in medium and large enterprises in basic sectors of the economy by no less than 5% per year. The training is conducted by experts from the Regional Competence Center; they help analyze the entire production process, find problem areas and growth points, and implement an optimization plan. The national project is being implemented entirely at the expense of the federal budget.
