A survey among working citizens was conducted by analysts from the job search portal SuperJob. It is noteworthy that 7% of Orenburg residents said that they do gymnastics at work. For 5% of this number, classes are of a “voluntary-compulsory” nature and all employees are forced to attend them.
– 46% of respondents do not perform industrial gymnastics at work, but they would like to have it. Among those who dream of physical education are more engineers, accountants and teachers. Almost every second working respondent said that gymnastics is not carried out and is not necessary, the researchers noted.
It turned out that some city residents arrange their own sports breaks during the working day. There were 12% of such respondents. At the same time, the idea of industrial gymnastics is more supported by women, and those who organize physical training sessions for themselves during the working day are more common among men.
– Most city dwellers with salaries of up to 50 thousand rubles a month only dream of industrial gymnastics. Those who earn more than 100 thousand rubles more often independently organize the required level of sports activity during the working day, analysts noted.
