An electronic auction for the improvement of the courtyard of the building in which the Yaroslavl Regional Duma is located was announced at the end of March; in April, the auction was declared invalid due to a lack of applications. But the contract was still concluded with a single supplier.

This is PKF Industrial Alliance LLC. The company has a legal address in Moscow, and its actual address is in Yaroslavl. The cost of landscaping the courtyard of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma is 12.5 million rubles. In the courtyard it is planned to remove hatches, install gates, make sidewalks and parking, and install small architectural forms.

The contract with the contractor was concluded on April 18, the execution period is until June 28, 2024, the contract expiration date is until August 5, 2024. The customer for the improvement of the courtyard of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma is the regional State Public Institution “Institution for the Maintenance and Operation of Administrative Buildings” in the Yaroslavl Region.
