HeadHunter: The highest salaries in the Irkutsk region are among carriers, builders and raw materials workers

hh.ru experts analyzed which specialists in the Irkutsk region employers are willing to pay 200 thousand rubles or more.

In March-April, 4.2 thousand vacancies were opened in the Irkutsk region with a salary of 200 thousand rubles or more. This is 11% of all job offers in the region for the specified period.

The average salary offered at the end of March was 66.1 thousand rubles in the region, HeadHunter reports.

Most often, companies in the field of “Transportation, logistics, warehouse, foreign trade” are ready to offer high salaries to their employees (they opened 27% of vacancies with a salary of 200 thousand rubles), “Construction, real estate, operation, design” (13%), “ Extractive industry” (8%), “Business services” (4%) and “Oil and gas” (3%).

The greatest chances of getting a job with a salary of 200 thousand rubles or more are among drivers (37% of vacancies with the specified salary were in this profession), machinists (14%), sales managers (4%), and welders (3%).

We also note that more than half of the vacancies with a salary of 200 thousand rubles require a rotational work method (56%).
