“My boss will fire me soon”: residents of Kiparisova and Flotskaya complain about delays of bus No. 39

Residents of Kiparisovaya and Flotskaya complain about the morning schedule of bus No. 39, which arrives at the terminus once every 40 minutes. Passengers who regularly use this route reported this to Klops.

Klops checked the frequency of traffic. According to the Bus Time website, during rush hour bus No. 39 should arrive at the Aksakova final stop at 08:09 and 08:26 in the morning. At 08:09 the transport actually arrived and picked up the passengers.

His movement could be monitored using the 2GIS application. This is very important for locals: navigators are often the only way to find out when transport will arrive. But they don’t always help: this time the bus was not displayed in Yandex Maps.

A few minutes after the bus leaves, people gather at the stop again. The next flight is due to depart at 08:26, but the terminal is empty.

“The same thing again! It’s like this every morning: you go out and don’t know whether you’ll get on the bus or not. The eighty-seventh minibus also runs here. But I, for example, can’t sit in it, my heart sinks: it’s stuffy, there are a lot of people. Sometimes the bus doesn’t arrive even at the beginning of nine… What can we do, huh?” — local resident Ekaterina L. (name changed) is indignant.

The clock says 08:26. The nearest bus No. 39, according to navigator applications, is located in the area of ​​the regional hospital on 9 April Street. People begin to leave the bus stop.

The nearest stop, “Flotskaya”, depending on the pace of walking, is 15-25 minutes away. There, according to local residents, crowds of people are waiting for transport. Buses, trolleybuses and minibuses do not run as often as we would like.

“This is a sore point at the entire end of Moskovsky Prospekt! Very often you have to go to a distant stop. At this rate, my boss will soon fire me for being late,” Kaliningrad resident Anastasia S. (name changed) is indignant.

There is a hotline for city public transport in Kaliningrad. By calling there, you can find out in real time where the desired bus is and when it will arrive at a particular stop – phone number 33-88-68. Let’s call there. It turns out that the 39th will not be at the scheduled time.

“Don’t wait at 08:26. Will arrive only at 08:47. They don’t have enough drivers, they didn’t release this flight today. This sometimes happens to them, they just don’t have anyone to put on the route,” explained the service dispatcher.

Delays on route No. 39 are not regulated in any way; the time of arrival at stops varies depending on the number of drivers, explained Kaliningrad-GorTrans. According to the testimony of passengers, residents of Kiparisovaya and Flotskaya, the bus from the terminal to “Aksakova” does not adhere to any movement system.

“You never know when to go out. It happens that you leave 20 minutes before the allotted time and don’t expect anything. And sometimes both the minibus and the bus are at the end,” local residents shared.

Passenger transportation on route No. 39 is carried out by a private carrier, IP “Koykov K.T.” Klops sent the company an official request asking for comment on the situation.

In Kaliningrad, three bus routes will be canceled for several days.
