Blogger, animal rights activist and initiator of the project to help homeless animals “PesDakotiya” Tatyana Velsweis shared the good news. With the help of subscribers, they managed to buy the territory for a future animal shelter. Caring people transferred about 3 million rubles to social activists.

— The story of renting/purchasing land for a boarding school for homeless and abandoned animals lasted several years. The deception of officials and the promises of pseudo-sponsors delayed that very moment. Our volunteer driver Sergei, at my request, found contacts of the owners of the territory that the realtors did not allow us to see. Since then, I have been negotiating with them for more than six months to reduce the cost from 10.5 million rubles and make a purchase. There was a deal on Wednesday! We bought this land! And this happened thanks to YOU ​​and US, ordinary people who are not indifferent to the problem of homeless tailed animals. We managed to cope without the help of the state and sponsors, who only promised, but never got in touch! We all reposted, told our friends, relatives, acquaintances and colleagues… and everything worked out,” Tatyana said.

The final cost of the territory was 4.3 million rubles. There is a lot of work ahead. “We have to level the ground, install gates, partially a fence and build buildings, but that’s a completely different story.
