He said that in Orenburg the first payment in the amount of 20 thousand rubles was received by almost four thousand applicants, and more than sixty thousand applications were submitted. And he explained the reason for the delay in payments.

— The delay in payments is also due to the fact that some requests were doubled. That is, the same person submits an application two, and sometimes three times. I draw the attention of Orenburg residents, if you submitted an application through State Services, you only need to do this once for one type of payment. Submitting repeated applications does not speed up, but slows down the process of processing and payments, noted Sergey Salmin .

The head of Orenburg said that if your house or apartment is not in an emergency zone, then do not apply for payment. Streets and house numbers included in the emergency zone are listed in the Decree of the Governor of the Orenburg Region. A new version of the Decree will be released today. If in doubt, check the document. If your house is flooded, but it is still not listed in the Decree, call us within three days 30-40-40 .

— If your registration and place of residence coincide, then no additional documents confirming that you live there are needed. If your registration and place of residence do not match, then here you need to provide a document that will confirm that you lived in zone Ch,” the head of Orenburg emphasized.

What kind of document could this be?

• certificate from the employer;
• a certificate from a kindergarten or school if you have children;
• a certificate from the post office where you receive a pension or other services;
• a certificate from the chairman of the SNT or the village, which will confirm the fact of your permanent residence.
