Where in Kaliningrad traffic can be limited to 40 km/h

The Kaliningrad administration has developed a list of streets where they plan to limit vehicle speed to 40 km/h.

But before raising the issue at a meeting of the joint road safety commission with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, city authorities would like to hear the opinion of citizens at the following addresses:

• st. Nevsky, 6, 16, 30;
• st. Kyiv, 19 k. 2;
• Moskovsky pr-kt, 81;
• st. Chernyakhovsky, 80;
• st. Gagarin (entirely);
• Parade embankment (all);
• st. Suzdalskaya, 22;
• st. Arsenalnaya, 20;
• st. Izhorskaya, 8;
• Leninsky Prospekt (Krasnooktyabrskaya district);
• Sovetsky Ave., 186, 192;
• st. Krasnoselskaya, 45, 51;
• st. Narvskaya, 59;
• st. Chernyakhovsky (Proletarskaya district);
• Moskovsky Prospekt (Griga);
• st. Artilleryskaya, 17, 20;
• Alley of the Brave, 31, 39;
• st. Bagration (Novy Val district).
