An emergency building on Lower Lake, the demolition of which was considered by arbitration, was put up for auction

In Kaliningrad, the buildings of the Sistema plant, located on Lower Lake, were put up for sale. This is reported on the website of the “Remote Trading Center”.

As part of the bankruptcy procedure of Sistema OJSC, the bankruptcy trustee put up for sale objects on Klinicheskaya Street, 83. We are talking about a four-story building with an area of ​​4.8 thousand square meters, which belongs to the ensemble of the city hospital of the 19th century. It is a cultural heritage monument.

Also put up for sale were two industrial buildings with an area of ​​3.8 and 2.4 thousand square meters, a workshop (2.7 thousand square meters), a transformer substation, a compressor room and a walk-through room. The buyer will also receive the rights of a co-tenant of a land plot on Klinicheskaya Street until 2048.

The initial cost of the complex is 156.3 million rubles. The winner of the competition will be determined on June 7.

In the summer of 2019, a major fire occurred in the building on Klinicheskaya, 83. In 2020, due to the threat of the collapse of the house, the authorities closed the passage along the Lower Lake. In 2021, the claim for demolition of the building was considered by the Arbitration Court.
