On Friday, April 26, a 66-year-old pensioner was hit near house No. 91 on Moskovsky Avenue in the regional center. He was taken to the hospital with injuries, writes the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The accident was recorded around 12:05. The victim was hit by the wheels of a Nissan Note driven by an 87-year-old citizen. He was heading towards the Monument of Glory.

Now law enforcement officers have to understand what happened in more detail.
