More than two hundred people took part in the International Action for Knowledge of the Events of the Great Patriotic War
The executive secretary of the Kalinin local branch, Yuri Kulikovskikh, and the head of the deputy center, Nadezhda Matveeva, met with students of gymnasium No. 23.
Yuriy Kulikovskikh asked the guys whose name their gymnasium bears about what is significant about Hero of the Soviet Union Vasily Denisovich Lutsenko, how many combat missions he flew, and what he did after the war. Yuri Nikolaevich told the children a lot of new things, because when he was at school, their class was named after Vasily Lutsenko. This also contributed to his choice of future profession as a military navigator.
