The prosecutor’s office of the Tula region checked the fire safety of the organization

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Plavsky District, with the involvement of specialists from OND and PR in the Shchekinsky, Teplo-Ogarevsky, Plavsky and Chernsky districts, conducted an inspection of the implementation of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Center for Chemicalization and Agricultural Radiology “Tula” of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TULAAGROKHIMRADIOLOGIYA” of the legislation on fire safety.

Significant violations of this legislation were identified, which were expressed, among other things, in the admission to work of persons who have not been trained in fire safety measures, the failure to provide documentation on the fire-retardant treatment of roof building structures, the lack of instructions on the procedure for the actions of on-duty personnel when receiving a signal about a fire and a malfunction of the fire protection system , placement of foreign objects on evacuation routes, failure to ensure good condition, timely maintenance and repair of the internal fire water supply system, failure to comply with the terms for recharging fire extinguishers, their inspection and timely replacement and other violations.

Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor submitted a proposal to the director of the institution, the fulfillment of which requirements to eliminate the identified violations is monitored by the prosecutor’s office.

The person responsible for fire safety in the institution was summoned to the district prosecutor’s office to decide on the initiation of a case for an administrative offense under Art. 20.4 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
