CCTV cameras recorded the moment with a loud bang, which residents of Tula heard this morning, April 27. The recording was published on social networks.

Let us remind you that the sound of the explosion was heard early in the morning by Tula residents from the Central, Soviet, Zarechensky and Proletarsky districts. It sounded at about half past five in the morning.

The cause of the loud bang is not known at this time.
