A hotel and kindergarten will open near the synagogue on Gruzinskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod

A small hotel and kindergarten are planned to open in Nizhny Novgorod. They will be placed in already constructed buildings on Gruzinskaya Street. Representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod synagogue will take care of the arrangement. Deputy Governor Oleg Berkovich shared this information during a press conference on April 26, writes GIPERNN.RU.

It is assumed that the new institutions will become part of the “Jewish quarter”.

“We are now transferring several houses to the synagogue – they will build a kindergarten and a small hotel there,” says Berkovich.

The area will also be landscaped to attract tourists. It is planned that work will take place this summer. First, the section from the Student Bridge to Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street will be brought back to normal. And in the fall, the remaining part will receive the update.
